Balti is the reason people keep coming back. Ours is prepared the traditional way — whole spices roasted and ground in our own kitchen, not scooped from a tub — to build the aromatic texture that gives the dish its depth.
That same care runs through the whole menu: masala sauces finished with coconut and cream, the 21-ingredient Nawabi, and citrus-sharp Shatkora cooked the way it is back in Sylhet. Tell us how hot you want it and we will cook to suit.
